Friend commissioned me to make him some terrain So first terrain i have ever made.
Capilary Towers They are on there second Glue/water Coat so they can be painted.

Looks like extruded polystyrene foam insulation boards (the ubiquitous "blue/pink foam"). Would also explain the necessity of the glue coat - aerosol sprays eat at unsealed foam. Not sure why the faces of the four smaller towers are white, though. Almost looks like a spackle/drywall filler coat.
