Very well done, and the base is great too.
My only critique would be that with the rust chipping I would dirty it up with washes and powders to add to the "rode hard, put away wet" feeling.

Looks awesome! I agree that picking out the eagle would make it even better.
Would you mind sharing your technique for the battle damage?

The technique I used was The hair spray technique.
I wanted the model to look dirty but clean at the same time that's not that much rust runs or heavy dust build up. I should probably still go back and add a little more weathering.
And yes I do agree with the Aquila statement when I get to my desk tonight it will be highlighted more.

@Vash it is when you coat an under layer with one color or multiple of colors then spray hairspray over it. This acts as a sealer in till the paint get overly wet. then paint your normal coats overtop just like you normally would paint, Then make some spots wet and chip away paint to reveal the undercoat.
here is a video that explains it 100x better then I can.

@IndigoJack I look on my box and it says only Imperial Knight. I also have the White box not the normal pictured box.

Awesome work. The number of great Knights now floating around the web is a testament to how awesome a model it is, and this is one of those examples that takes maximum advantage of that. Great stuff.

It looks great, but I agree with some of the other commenters about added more weathering, especially on the gold trim to help tie the whole model together. Have you thought about adding heraldry as well?
Really a fantastic job though!

I didn't want to do heraldry on this model, I wanted it to be stand alone from all the others removed of all heraldry so I can play it as chaos or normal. I know I could have done that even with heraldry but yah. I will be doing 4 more for an army 3 of them will have heraldry of a house and 1 will have none like this one acting as a Freeblade.
@paradigm thank you for the kind words.

Are you trying to mess with me, cause I checked and didn't see it!
Haha, anyway I just wanted to be 'that guy' for a moment. Really though, it looks great! Excellent color choice, the contrast is all very uniform. I personally think the amount of weathering looks fine, if you do any more I wouldn't make it too much, it would take away from the balance between the white and blue which as I already mentioned is superb. Weathering the metals however does sound like a good idea though I couldn't tell you how that's done. If you do, post more pics. All in all, wonderful project.

All four of mine say Titan on the box. So there is at least 5 of those boxes...lol Automatically Appended Next Post: BTW the model you did Who looks amazing. The only thing I would do is maybe make the eagle silver so it stands out from the gold trim. Also are you going to do transfers?

I've gotta say, I disagree with the comments. I really like it with the weathering it has, and I like the gold on gold aquila.
The weathering looks cartoony, since it's dinged up, but not dirty. I am a fan of crisp cartoony paint jobs. This guy reminds me of the colouring in the Spawn magazines.
(not in colour choice obviously, but the kind of non-dirty dirty look.
