Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

This looks like fun. No replies for your effort so I will see if I can help. I dont have the revelant access to your specific lists though. Devils Charge though so I cannot comment on

Germans

Can you replace the Fallschirmjager with Gepanzerte Panzergrenadiers? I think they will serve better.

You dont need footsloggers and you dont need lots of Panzerfausts.

I am also not a fan of Pumas in Panzerkompanie. Like the real Germans believed, if you give your recon firepower they try to use it rather than look and tell like they are supposed to do. Pumas have nice guns and the Recon save gives them survivability but you dont need AT9 in a Panzerkompanie, not with what you are packing.
I would suggest you look at a section of Sdz 222's instead, much cheaper, have a good ROF with infantry killing guns and their AA firepower is a good bonus.
Noting else more to add other than I normally recommend Panzers be deployed in threes, this way you can deploy every single element individually.
Can you add any Brummbar to this list?

I dont know where you got the Welsh Guards list from. Did you take a standard Guards list from somewhere?

In any case I rather like this list, but think you could do better with the 53rd Welsh Division list here:

Double Firefly platoons, and a whole lot of toys, what is there not to like.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.
