Not sure if it is spam necessarily, but some more information about what the survey is for and who is sponsoring the give away would be helpful.

I'm planning on both Sci-fi and fantasy, but in the beginning i will be focusing on Sci-fi. I am heavily inspired by computer games like Deus Ex, Halo and Bungies Destiny.

You'll have to forgive my caution/skepticism. Brand-new user, no references elsewhere, is giving away 3 superheavies for filling in a survey. Starting a business - an undefined "miniatures company", but the questions are open to anyone anywhere, so much of the data won't be indicative of the local market. We just need to give out annual household income (why?), email, real name, and presumably address. Because a "miniatures company" needs my annual household income. And because gamers wouldn't give you that information for free, anyway?

It just falls into "too good to be true" for me, plus a little dodgy sounding. Sorry, not meaning to be rude, but the above are enough reasons for me to be cautious and give it a pass.

Good luck! I filled out a survey and wish you the best. I have I admit up front, that I like minis that fit in a theme. Unless they are powerfully well-sculpted and unique miniatures, I don't typically buy for game systems that I don't play. I would imagine I'm not alone in that theme.

I completely understand where your coming from. You don't have to give your names or email if you don't want to, they were left optional, because i knew some people wouldn't want to give them. You can still fill it out and help me out but i get it if people don't want to

The minis all fit into the same world and theme, i decided to create the minis first and use them to support myself while i work on the would and games they fit into.

I did the survey. I do think the questions are a bit generic, though, and I don't really see how they would provide much data for creating a new company.

LOL, I have the same thing. Yahoo, the email provider used so your real email doesn't get flooded by spam.
