Damn, I can't see Fenris on the list of traders at Carronade this year. I know someone stocks a few of their products, but its a pity I couldn't pick anything up from the source. Hmn, perhaps they'll be at Claymore instead. =/

No word on Claymore (I used to attend that regularly in my younger days) and I can't find a list of traders for this year on their website as the link's broken

but I have added a list of conventions Fenris are confirmed to be attending to the OP

Ah, I've looked through those, but I don't think any are in Scotland. I tend to not attend Claymore as it comes later in the month than Carronade and has more of a historical focus. This year I'll be going to pick up some Lead Adventure stuff, but it'd be nice if there was another trader that I could set myself to visit (uh... rather than just going "yawn, oh look more Greeks").

I'll stick up a post on their facebook page regarding any Scottish shows just to clarify. =)

I suppose the new monthly Rogue Trooper comic and story in 2000 AD (from the Nort's perspective no less, they need more characterisation*) makes this a decent enough time to release these. I'd like to see some character sculpts though, not just the regular troopers.

* That one strip based around those two Nort deserters must be one of the best stories 2000AD came out with after America. Spoiler: Rogue shoots them both at the end and thinks there just another pair of supposed fanatical youth soldiers. Though that's about the extent of humanising characterisation the Norts ever had. =/

As are the names "Norts" and "Southers"
Perhaps they are referred to GIs because Fenris may not have the license for the 2000AD terms and likenesses?

GI is the correct collective name for them though ('Genetic Infantryman'), Rogue was the main character's name, 'Rogue Trooper' was just the name of the title, not the actual name of the soldiers.

Also 'Norts' and 'Southers' is the correct term for the two warring sides, if those aren't used then I guess they don't have the license.
