So been playing around with FOW Army lists and trying to come up with a fun as well as a bit more competitive Army. I pulled my Army from Grey Wolf.

My worry with this list would be that two of your four platoons are practically "gimme" kills. A one gun 88 battery isn't going to last long and I feel the same way about the short PzG platoon, 5 stands of infantry is probably not going to end well. I'd drop the panzergrenadiers, the HS-129, change the HQ to Panthers and make a few other changes, here's what I'd run:

HQ
2 Panther G

Combat Platoons
3 Panther G
5 Panzer IV H

Support
2 Mobelwagen
1 Puma Panzerspah patrol

So you've got same number of combat effective tanks, though one more Panther instead of a Pz IV, your AA is mobile, which is good because as an armored list you won't likely be doing much defending, and you've got some recon for the infantry and guns you'll be inevitably forced to dig out. The entire army is much more mobile, tougher, and aside from the AA, it will require a little effort to knock out a platoon.

Just my take on it, though keep in mind I've primarily been on the receiving end of German Panzerkompanies .

Thanks econtutor that makes perfect sense. I am looking to purchase the Pumas now to add to my collection. I was just told that I should always have some infantry in my army for holding or capturing objectives. But this Army I feel like your saying stay on the offensive most of the time and challenge the objectives with tanks and pull out the infantry with the Pumas and Mobelwagen.

I am going to use some stand in models tonight and see how I like the list.
