Hmm.. I'm not sure if the Augur Array is really worth the points, let alone spending 75pts on things you are pretty likely to not use to their full effect most the times.
My idea would be to either try to free up some points like dropping plasma pistols on suicide melta squads because after their first shooting at tanks with the meltas, your unit will probably be butchered so you will never use the gun at the targets it excells at, leaving you with 45 points. Add those 75pts saved on dropping the at best situational Arrays and you'll end up with enough points to squeeze in 2nd command squad in your main force. Find 5 more points(drop one storm bolter?) and you will have 125pts, which means that this additional command squad comes with staggering amount of 4 meltas on it so you can much more efficiently blast enemy tanks apart.
Or kit it out with 3 plasmas(would need 5 more pts - another storm bolter) and drop it on middle objective, giving you both plasma fire support against MCs, light transports and 2+ infantry AND another order to be given to one of your squads, working as a fine force multiplier.
Overall I'm not really sold on the Volley Guns unless they're dropped into fortification, because the turn they arrive it's only 2 shots per gun you can fire and the salvo 4 kicks in on the next turn and every competent general will most likely try to evaporate them before they get to blast the poodoo out of his troops. You'll most likely be better off with meltas or plasmas(for longer range support) if you drop medi pack and spend the saved points on upgrading 3 meltas to 3 plasma guns as long as the unit is not meant to be parked somewhere turn 2 and stay there, not moving to not lose the 4 shot salvo bonus.
