Deppending on what lores of magics your using could drasticlly change what your score would be.

Which lore would lower my comp? Shadow or slaanesh? Both are extremely good...

Shadow is rated as the stronger of the two. What about your HoN

looks like your one with the characters is around 10.0 the one with out is around 1

Yeah the drones multiple units, albeit of 1, beasts. The HoN loci, and multiples cost you alot fast. Plaguebearers are "taxed" heavily. The Sweadish comp is a system to help "weed out" the death stars and super lists, aiming to see more verity in the match ups. The unkillable Daemon prince and 3++ flying BSB from Warriors almost pust your comp at 12 with just those 2 models!

But I don't understand how there's such a huge difference between special character list and one without. 10 to 1?? That's crazy lol

Yeah I agree, and your right. In most cases the special characters are kinda dumb strong, but most of our Daemon ones are just meah.
