This is the list I have come up with to use the Skyblight swarm, any suggestions would be welcome.

The list looks solid. The only suggestion I would give is that you are a little light on synapse for your troops. It will force you to either let them take IB tests or have a flyrant babysit them.
I would trade out 1 of the venoms for a zoanthrope to provide synapse for the horms and terms.

I think 1 Terv and 30 Gants are better than your current troop list. The Terv will at minimum spawn 1 more group and he is really a lot better than 30 gants. (On average he should spawn 3 times a game - plus he is synapse). You'd also have points to add a Zoanthrope to buff them or just be synapse.
EDIT : Don't forget the gargoyles in your list are better than troops so your not light on obj. holders.

Looks nice  Though I'd look to add in a second Hive Tyrant in the main list, especially at that point level. I'd also suggest doubling your Crone ( to two). I do really like the Mawlocs. 
"Buckets of troops" is a basic Tyranid strategy, and you have that in spades. So I think you'll be happy with it, good luck!
