I've played Ogres around 2 years now, but haven't been able to get many games against the new meta. I am playing in a GT style tournament in a couple months and wanted some help building a solid list. I have a well painted Ogre army that has pretty much anything you could muster to put in a list. So my challenge to you, Dakka, is to build me a face stomping list! In my defense, I alternate taking soft fluffy lists and hard hard lists. I took two dragons to Lonewolf, so I think I deserve this!

Well without a points value ill give you a face stomping 10000 point list.....

Come up with a baseline first don't ask us to write you list. Come up with something and we will help tweek it

Op, you have to keep in mind that most people who post here don't really want to help people without a list to tweak. Wether that's due to some silly rule or them just being grouchy old men we may never know. That said you would need to give an actual point value for the list as well as any special rules the tournament might have.

Just my 2 cents

Ah sorry, completely left that out. 2500 points, standard rules, no comped units. I ussually run a 14 man block of ironguts with standard of disciple, level 4 SM, Bsb with crown of command, 2 cannons, 2 units of 3 mournfang and a unit of 6 maneaters with brace and sniper poison. Not sure if that kind of build will work with whats out and about these days.

Lay it out in a list so we can see point and where you can trim the fat. That is a good start my first suggestion is don't make too big of a single unit. Those test or die spells are brutal on ogres

Sm general. Butcher, bsb. Someone takes a hellheart. Bulls instead of ironguts. One big unit. Add leadies, maneaters, ironblaster for ranged. Mournfangs for smash, kitties for redirect.

....

Make a list and ill help from there.
