Powerweapons being AP3 really only effect the Necrons slightly.

Hyperphase Swords, And RoC. Warscythes are AP2.

Luckily, we still have plenty of ways to deal with Terminators.

I thought Necron weaponry was 'ignore armour saves' not count as power weapons. Though I've never read the codex so I don't know one way or the other.

For Warscythes. RoC and Hyperphase swords are referred to as "Power Weapons" though.
