Wow it's already just about funded. I am about to put in my pledge for it as well, I am hoping you come up with a variety of shelves for the Detolf, especially to fit units of skimmers. Maybe something like the support shelf with the holes closer together.

Are you going to start posting templates of the Detolf shelves as well? That would be great.

I just had an amazing idea while I was looking at this and was thinking how annoying it would be to take this on and off the shelf and have the minis fall out. Would it be possible as part of the design to have 3-5mm holes drilled into the center of each of the slots to put in magnets to hold the models in place? Then I could put a magnet in the base of each of the models and put a magnet in the 3-5mm hole so the models will be magnetized in for moving.

Yeah, the Detolf shelf layouts will be added over the weekend.

The magnet idea has been considered but as they are laser cut a 3mm x 1mm hole is expensive to engrave. We are however looking at 1mm thick magnetic sheets between the 2 shelf components.

Magnetic sheeting would be pretty amazing as well, I would pay extra for that.

Besides not having empty slots, why would you want the trays with partial cut outs? I get that aethetically it's nice to have a place for everything, and everything in its place, but from a pratical POV, just taking the ones with the 30 spots cut makes a lot more sense.

Like you mentioned, aesthetics.

Should also check out WM/H unit sizes when you do (a lot of the 30mm base units are 4/6/10/12 models per unit)

It can be arranged, I can't fill it though as I've not got that many painted.

I'll be honest, twenty items isn't exactly much stock as far as pre-owned items go. Certainly not enough for me to bother bookmarking the page and checking back later.

You're right 20 items isn't much, however there are over 100 White dwarf and Black Library books on there and at least another 50 - 100 other items yet to be cataloged and photographed.
