Any recommended changes are appreciated as I don't have most of the units anyway. As you can see this list isn't designed to make friends (Not like it's hard with the new codex!).

This list is cancer.

Sure you'll table your opponent in a few turns if not facing an identical list and I guess that's what you're going for here. Just don't make the mistake of thinking that any actual skill was involved.

Even if you're correct and that it takes no skill, why would you not run it? It's a competitive tournament. Object is to win, so you would want to run the statistically best list possible. I fail to see how this list is 'cancer' in any way.

Tbf yes it is a good list. I think the point people are making though is that it's not difficult to summarize that jetbikes with scatter and WK are the most broken things in the game and anyone can just say, 'I'll just take a WK and fill up the rest of the pts in jetbikes' and make the strongest list in the game. It takes no skill to realise this or play this. Not the OPs fault. But lets not mistake this for skillful list building.

Oh man, are you for real? Gotta be a troll...

He's right, maybe teens shouldn't be playing a sci-fi game of plastic soldiers... /s.

If it's a tournament (which OP said it is) why would you not run the best list you can? That's the point. Friendly game? Yeah, this would be a dick move. But it's not that type of game.

Don't twist my words mate.

We are now hitting the limit of competitive lists and just flat out dumb, easy win lists that defeat the objective of a game.

Note that I am a competitive player myself!

This, by morale law is cheating in my opinion.

Haha cheating? are you serious? Go find a different game if you don't like meta lists/builds... but good luck because most games have them.

If you are that competitive you should have went up against a ton of cheese lists, and should be fine this time around as well... and if you are going constantly qq about this dex until the next one comes out just quit the game.

What if your list faces two Stormravens which target the Wraithknight? Do imagine there will be a problem or do you think it will work ok?

2 SRs shooting at a Knight:

2 MMs = 1.778 hits, 0.8888 Ap2 wounds
2 AssCans = 7.11 hits, 1.185 Ap2 wounds
6 Missiles = 4 hits, 2 Ap2 wounds

So about 4 Ap2 wounds with no cover that is 2.67 unsaved wounds with 5+ cover we're at less than 2. Knight should be fine. That's assuming he doesn't table the 200 points that start on the board before the SRs even arrive...

Anyone who has played in school league knows that it is a cut-throat game of rock-paper-scissors and cheating (By god! There is a lot of cheating!) . It's impossible to take a take all comers list so you pick one niche and maximize the hell out of it. I personally ran 2 Daemon Princes and Nurglings and that worked out really well (Team still lost ) and stomped all over unprepared people.

This list is as good as Eldar are going to get at this point level, but it isn't be all end all. For example people running Duel Flyrants/Daemon Princes will practically autowin you, as they will knock out your bikes and camp then just fly around until they can contest the objective and win via linebreaker.

Only thing i'd suggest is all scatter lasers, you'll need the extra shots to even stand a chance against FMC's. Just make sure your team mates swap opponents with you to ensure that you fight a player with no FMC and you'll be fine.

Also grav will hard counter you. Suck it up.

Some people need to understand that people source their enjoyment from different aspects of the hobby...

I know some who only enjoy building/converting, hate painting and gaming.

I also know some who only enjoy painting, and will only even buy unique HQ or large models which they consider cool

Others I know enjoy casual gaming, not painting or building, they'll field grey armies, or a combination of the above

And THEN there's people who enjoy fielding the most optimum lists, and playing competitively, enjoying the statistical mathematics of it, boiling it down to almost pure 'chess'.

Let people enjoy the hobby however they find it to be FUN, it's subjective.

IMO, the Wraith Knight doesn't pull his weight.
He's really hard to kill, but won't be killing enough on his own.

I'd look at cheap
Warlock, bike, spear
4 units of 3 scatter bikes.
2x Vauls Support Batter w/ D cannons (2 units)
2 shadow reavers (unit of 2)
Vyper with 2nd cannon

It's got better long range reach (more scatters, shadow reavers) more scoring units, and still has a pair of D Blasts for things that try and close in and catch the bikes.

A unit as powerful as a wraithknight with incredibly high durability, 12" move, ignores terrain, 2 stD ranged weapons, st10 mc attacks and stomps will almost ALWAYS make its points back for a paltry 295pts.

Couldn't agree more. I don't understand why the OP has received so much hate for posting a competitive list. I venture between casual and competitive play as my work and studies allow. When I go to a tournament I don't bitch about people who use waac lists, it's a competitive environment and I expect no less.

Indeed.

The point of this board is to allow people to discuss army list composition and receive useful feedback.

It is not an excuse to insult other posters with regards to their choice of armies.
