How small are those flames of war stuff? They look tiny! They look really good though.

Of course, as an American, that means I must say that soccer sucks, and football (real football... you know, the one where you do everything with your hands) is 10,000 times as good. I mean, football players could probably beat up soccer players, even, because they actually know sports.

Dude, how many armies for how many systems do you have? I won't ask how many minis you have, since that seems pretty academic at this point

Flames of War is 15mm, or 1/100 scale.

Yep! I run for the sealer as soon as I am done and often seal part way though various phases. But I am a pain like that.

Ah! I never thought about sealing mid process before. Something to try in the future.

I'm not so happy with the execution on my Wave Serpent, but I still like the colors. Now
that I've done other things I think I know how I'd layer it differently both for effectiveness
and without feeling the tedium of painting a large vehicle.

The bastions are looking good, the gold and green look striking on the shoulder pads.

How are the Malifaux sculpts? Thinking about getting on board that boat and haven't seen the figs first hand. Is there much flash/ miscasts?

Thanks!

That, I couldn't tell you. I can tell you that I didn't have my tools with me at Gencon, so
I probably didn't have that much to fiddle with.

These are my painted Bastions completely done, and a wreck marker.

Ok, that sounds good, I'll have a go myself as soon as the 500 pts of Skorne are painted (if i can keep my painter ADD in check).

The bastions and wreck look good. Coherent and clearly part of same force.

Yeah, I started to realize about halfway through my Protectorate army years ago (ZOMG)
that the gold trim was disappearing since it was up against the bone white, so I started
to shift to a green trim. I still put gold trim on lots of stuff, but I look for places to add
contrast.

Not in September I don't. I haven't touched a brush since August. I'm just going through
my backlog of photos.

And how do you know I don't have someone telling me to slow down?

Painter ADD is fine. Painter bankruptcy is not.
