Good to see you on here Kev.

I can think of a few things I want. if you guys can get the following from the Aleph range in it would be much appreciated (I'll add the reference numbers from the Infinty website in brackets): Aleph Deva with Spitfire (Ref. 280805-0233), Aleph Sophotects (Ref. 280814-0281), and the Aleph Posthumans (Ref. 280822-0332). The post humans aren't out until the 24th though so I don't know if you'll be able to get them in or not.

Sitting on the roof of my house with a shotgun, and a six pack of beers

well I now have pdf's of all six heroquest expansions, god help you.

Kellars Keep
Return of the witchlord
Against the Ogre Horde
Wizard of Morcar/Zorgan (apparently had a name change after original release)
The Frozen Horror (Barbarian quest set)
Mage of the Mirror (Elf Quest Set)

Not sure how easy it will be to use some of them as there are special pieces of card stock and models that are required for a number of them.

I can probably knock something together to represent the new tiles as the measurements are sort of provided (can see how many squares they take up on the board) and worse case scenario I can use GW models/scrounge the internet to find pieces.

I will try and buy the add ons but they are rare and costly on ebay (well complete sets are), the wizard of Morcar is going for £250 on ebay and from the look of the contents would be the hardest one to fluff as it has a large number of new cards.

Whats the tornament scene like at Aftermath? Is it pretty friendly or are they quite serious.

There are some competitive people but the majority are play for fun players. But for tornaments its mostly semi competitive, afterall it is a tornament.

Ok I think i may have gone a little wrong,

I now have print outs for all the Heroquest expansions both American and UK versions, plus two mission featured in issues of white dwarf and a couple more.

Intersetingly the american quest book has colour coding , it's based on the second edition release as well which means the first mission is the "TheTrial" rather than "the Maze" also there are addtional items including throwing daggers.

I haven't studied them that much to see what other changes there are.

Lol, well that is an option. Not sure if it the best stratergy though.

The American version also adds Chaos Magic for Morcar/Zargon which looks like fun. The rules also appear to clear up some of the rules, for instance in clarifies the dwarfs method of removing traps is the same as the toolkit. However they only fail on a black shield.

Pit traps can be disarmed but not if they are sprung same with falling rock. Also the traps in chests have to be disarmed.

We were also right to rob douche face's corpse as it in the rules. Also you can swap potions/items with other players but only in your turn.

Formosa can you make sure bring the clibc copy of the dark heresy rules, even if your not playing. As it helps to have multiple copies.

To Moe, Wesker, Shredder and Sparkes (aka Heroquesters)

I was planning to continue the campaign next week (30th Jan) if you are all up for it. If you could let me know it would be appreciated, because if you can't/don't want to do it this week i'll bring my guard instead.

I can run it with a man or two down, by adding merc/new players/allowing you to control two characters but none of these are ideal.

I spoke to Lorna and at the end of this current chapter of warhammer fantasy I will be dropping out, when then that happens I will be running hero quest at least monthly in "RPG Corner"

thanks
Spank
