In my years of collecting and building but never painting I have embarked on the mission to paint up all the models I currently possess. I have a bunch of Space Marines of which I need to settle on a good colour scheme that compliments the colours being used and the way I will use them with the scheme. This shall come later when I get alot more practice on painting under my belt as they are my main army. I have also started work and finished several Imperial Guard models that I will post up in a different forum to showcase them, as of right now however I am painting up Orks I have aquired and some of the ones I have gotten from Assault on Blackreach. Although I have not come to terms with a basic colour scheme (and it is crucial as I do enjoy colours that go well together) any constructive thoughts on what I should paint this third army and raise up another Waaagh!

I really like the orange green combo looks very nice. I also like dark purple like Xereus purple with green.

Chaos was the law of nature; Order was the dream of man.

Close to my original ork paint scheme, try a test model with your orange and wash it with a red wash, you may like the outcome.
