So with the new codex it was time to break out my boys and run a hybrid of the IA8 Dread List and the new Codex, note I have agreement with my opponent to run the hybrid:

I was tempted to run the Dread Mob formation from Waaagh! Ghazghkull but unsure if the above list works better with the Dreads being troops.

I did something like this at 2500 level, but unbound and only 2500.

My only question is, I thought you could only take the MFF if you used the Ghazzy supplement? If you are using the IA8 book then you can't take the MFF.

How on earth do you have that many Dreads.... That must have cost a fortune.

Back on topic. List looks pretty much good. Don't see any glaring issues here

Good point about the MFF, I guess I'll go for the formation after all even if it gives me a painboy I really don't have the points or need for. I'll switch the two units of six Kans for three units of four Kans.

How did you get on with your list Balsak?

I've been playing Orks a long time so careful purchasing of second hand models although I do have two of the Kromlech dreads I splashed out on earlier in the year as they are just too tasty. I actually have one more deff dread not in this list that I'd like to squeeze in if I had points, that and a bunch of Meks and MANz.
