The lord will be a nomad rider. He will not join the squad of bikers. His job is to charge in small squads and deal damage.
The reason for meltas on the bikers is in case of transports.
Marines will just try and pop some shoots here and there, and hope to kill atleast something. Or act as a support unit for lord.

Thoughts?

personally, the daemonheart and a power fist is a better loadout for a lord. especially going alone.

gift of mutation is kinda pointless.

other than that, i think thats fine for a 500 pt list.

Mark of Khorne, and you will still have points for VotLW.

When I field CMS Bike I usually do two things that you might not want to do given your points restrictions. I always take Mark of Nurgle (T6) and icon of vengeance (fearless). To do either one you would have to loose a bike in 500pts.

I always choose meltas too.

Grell777, I aslos always give them the mark. I can try and drop one bike for that.
VotLW is useless for me, since I will not play vs marines that much. Mostly orks and eldar.

VOTLW is also not permitted for crimson slaughter.

My ultimate lord has daemonhear t, power fist, sigil of corruption, slaughterers horns, lightning claw and a melta bomb. In roughly that order.
