You've spent almost half your points on the Council of Waaagh!, they will surely wreck the first unit the touch but if your opponent decides to ignore them after that the rest of your army is toast.
I would personally keep them cheap (I use that as a relative term) by giving the Warbosses 'eavy armour and a PK, the Big Mek an MF and the Nobz just with Slugga/Choppa combo. The Nobz are the only ablative wounds you have in the unit so don't spend too much on them.
I think the SAG doesn't fit for a CC unit at all, far too pricey and what happens if you shoot a nearby unit and get an unfortunate scatter?
Supa-Cybork doesn't fit well here either as you can just take any Instant Death/S8+ attacks on Ghaz.
You've got Mad Doc Grotsnik in the unit so they already have FNP 5+ so the 5 points for Cybork (6+FNP) is wasted.
Choppa of the Ragnarork sounds good but is 5 points less than a PK and when has an Ork ever taken advantage of stricking at Initiative anyway? I had a bad experience with this weapon though, a Warboss got into a challenge with a lowly Chaos Marine champion, rolled badly and didn't inflict a single wound in 3 rounds of combat then got slowly killed. Humiliating! Get a PK instead.
Attack squigs for 15 points seem superfluous, it's only one re-roll and you have enough attacks at good WS anyway.
You need Boyz, lots and lots of them. Or many more Grots at least.
