Where is this located? I have all the bits I could want except the Flamer.

I think that the Space Wolves pack only comes with Plasma Guns for special weapons... which is stupid, but that way GW can try to sell you Tactical Squads or something to get the flamers you need! 
Might have to ebay them or get some cheap ones off of a 3rd party bitz maker like Puppetswar.

And there are a ton of flamers everywhere. Just ask a SM or guard player (catachan will fit best). Or go to the internet. It's flooded with them.

Make your own weaponry with plastic clay* or plasticard.
*note that if you're new to plastic clay, your weapons are gona look as if they were looted from orkses. So, plasticard is a good way to start

Search ebay for space marine flamer or something similar there are lots of companys on there selling bits quite cheap
