Hiya, never used a gun before, but from what I've just seen they have amazing results.
Could you maybe give me some advice on what to look for in a gun, and what and how much thinner you used?.

It's really easy to do this kind of thing with an airbrush particularly with large models like the Stormwolf.

Any airbrush will do but must, MUST be dual action. If not you're in for a miserable time. Dual action means you can control the mix of paint to air. (E.G You push down on the button to start airflow and pull back on the lever to increase paint)

Preferably you want it to be gravity feed too like the H&S Ultra shown in the video. The reason why is because you don't need as much air pressure.

The reason you don't want to use much air pressure is because when you end up wanting to do more detail, as in holding the airbrush close to the object, the force of the air will end up making the paint run.

For thinner medium I've always done well with Vallejo airbrush thinner. Also Vallejo Game Colour works well for paint if you thin it, its also easier than Citadel paints as they're in squeeze bottles. Vallejo model air works well too and is intended for airbrush use my problem with it is the colours you get aren't great, it's mainly several different shades of grey. Good for WW2 stuff but not Warhammer.

Well, then you're in luck because Vallejo just released their new Game Air line. Woot!
