This is based on the rumors that are flying around about the new Grey Knights codex, so keep that in mind: (no psybolt ammo, Draigo is 245, 5 strikes is 110). I also built the list to work with most local tournament rules which seem to be two sources (one CAD) and shy away from Forgeworld unfortunately...

The plan is to put Draigo with the Centurions and move them around (since it looks like he knows Gate of Infinity now). Lysander can join too if need be. Lysander can ride in the Stormraven, accompanied by the Strike Squad; or they can deep strike late game to secure and objective. Charging out of the Raven gives me a pretty nasty anti-MC unit thanks to force and/or Lysander. The tank hunting lascannons should do some work since focusing on them means less attention on Draigo's squad. I feel that overall the list seems flexible for deployment and takes advantage of some major strengths of both factions.

Thoughts?

Drago is LoW, which I don't know if that counts as an HQ. I'm wondering a little why you're bothering with GK. The SR from grey knights is better bc their missiles are ap2 and concussive

Draigo is a lord of war which must come from a primary CAD, not an allied one. You would also still need an HQ.

The plan is to put the Libby with the Cents (w/Draigo and Maybe Lysander) and try for Sanctuary possibly... but if I don't need a deathstar-type unit, then Lysander can use the Stormraven and the Libby can bless the lascannon Devastators maybe. I feel overall it's very capable of switching up roles as I come up against different types of opponents.
