Just wondering if anyone has used or has any experiences with Element Games in the UK?
They have a nice looking website, but so do a few other companies that I'm not keen to buy from, so I'm wondering if anyone here had had any experiences with them and what those experiences are like?

Hey. I had great service from them, but it was kind of indirect. I ordered a couple Guild Ball alt Boiler minis from them through the Guild Ball site. From my understanding they have a deal with Element to process and ship all their orders. The confirmation email comes from Element Games even. They were super prompt with getting it out and to me. Quick and reasonable shipping to the US also, about the same as I would have paid from US mail order stores.
I would certainly use them again. And will actually since I believe they will be doing the Guild Ball Kickstarter fulfillment shipping.

Yes Azazel, they are now my go to company. I have made 5 previous orders with them, and all have gone very well. My last order was last thursday at about 11am, I got a dispatch notice within half an hour and the goods were in my hand the next day. Obviously it will be a bit different for you given your location but if they stock what you want, at a decent price I would highly recommend using them. My last 2 orders have been GW stock and there have been no delays as well, this tends to be the problem with the likes of Wayland.
They are great for Malifaux too if you are still interested in starting that.

They are my preffered option to go to when I order something online. Never had a problem with them, clear communication when something was delayed, clear stock levels and pretty fast delivery (around 3 to 4 days to mainland EU).

I'm looking at these guys myself, as I wanna buy some Iron Kingdoms RG models I cant find anywhere else, great stock on their site, and they stock stuff like bases and thats sweet, bit more expensive then Gifts for Geeks usually, and almost always a bit more expensive if you have to pay P&P but its only a couple of quid extra, and that small extra for the huge stock they have...well they seem worth it
And since other folks seem to only have good things to say they will definately be recieving my custom.

They're brilliant.
They have a close relationship with several of the LOTR SBG communities.
If you want a lot of well informed feedback ask on the LOTR forums.

They're a UK based trader. You're Australian.
Aren't retailers banned from selling GW product to overseas customers? Or are you looking to get non- GW stuff?

They're sounding promising though Aza! Thanks for all the feedback on them guys, they sound good. Some products can be hard to get at reasonable prices (or at all) down here... Vallejo is one, they RRP for double and the only store I know of that sold at parity just closed down -_-

They're very good.
Generally when I order from them if the items are in stock they dispatch the same day. If not they dispatch when they get them in stock after a week or so.
For pre-order etc they post them out on Friday and I generally get them on the Saturday after they're probably my go to retailer now.

As said by many others already, they have been absolutely brilliant. Their website is very clear about what stock they have, and delivery has always been incredibly quick (better than othersites I have used by far). They also do a reward system where you get 'Element Crystals' that you can use to take money off future orders.
While they don't offer the most discount compared to other sites (I've only bought 40k stuff so not sure on other systems) after placing 6 orders with them I would still rather use them and get slightly less discount on the models as their service is top notch and delivery has always been spot on.

Great service online, their bricks and mortar shop is coming along nicely too, I have spent a few happy hours there browsing all the cool things. Recommended, though in the interests of balance I've had equally good experiences with Dark Sphere.

They are the best online store for this niche in terms of services I know of. They range they have is immense and yet they still make the effort of pointing gout what is in stock and when what isn't will be available. On the topic of delivery I've never had it take more than a day for the product to be dispatched.

Just placed my first order to try them out, mainly in protest at Wayland's 'free shipping' now seeming to exclude just about everything worth ordering.

Can't complain about that, dispatch email sent on Monday, got an undelivered parcel notice on Tuesday, picked up yesterday, everything present and correct - some Infinity figs, paint & brushes.

I have used them.... uh, 3? times now... yeah thinking it over in my head, 3 times.
They're very good, cheaper than GW (well, cough, everything is), but they actually have good service and the items I order always come quickly. They also have a gem system thing which makes future purchases even cheaper (helps to bounce it off a buddy too).
