So what y'all think?

Well, looks pretty solid.
However, I'd take a 10 men Interceptor squad.
If combat squadded, you can get 2 incinerator in one squad.

Plus you save 10 pts for the sgt tax

Those WG are 140 points, not 168. They come with their WGPL stock.
