Looks good - might be worthwhile replacing one set of 5 Wraiths with some Scarab Swarms for some AT (more specifically, AV14) or another Destroyer Lord and bump up the last set to 6. Three Whip Coils should do you fine for your Wraiths.If you went with Scarabs, you could go for six bases and get a third AB.

What threats with AV14 do I even have? I don't see a reason to replace my beloved Wraiths for a unit that may take down a Land Raider if they even have one. Also if I really need to, my gauss and warscythe can take it down quickly enough.

Well, I'd drop the whip coils altogether since weapons that hurt Wraiths most are init 1 anyway.
This would free 100 pts for another Annihilation Barge (plus a single whip coil).

@skoffs: That was not my point. What I meant to say is what vehicles with AV14 all around is dangerous for my army? If they use a Land Raider, it doesn't mean that I have to have a way of taking it out. It might be better to take out his other units than changing something in my list to take down a single threat he may be playing.

@wuestenfux: I don't have much experience with this game, so can you give me some examples on that? Doesn't about everything I want to assualt have like init 3-5? I mean, going into a melee with my enemy always attack first leave me with a couple casualties every time?

He is saying the things that will instant death your wraiths are usually I1 due to being unwieldy.

Can anything instant death my Wraiths? I get that I can lose both wounds in one hit, but do they also lose their invulerability save?

Yes. A strength 12 weapon. The problem with that list is you run the risk of being bordered. I'd take out 2 of the night scythe troops and veichle in exchange for a squad of ten immortals with tesla carbines. I ussualy spam infantry but always have at least one aircraft
