Pretty much what's the best deal lately you've gotten on warhammer, warmachine, infinity, etc etc.
I just snagged today off a local used site a current space marine codex, 10 tac marines, and a librarian all new in box (Still plastic wrapped, including the codex!) for $30 CAD!!
What have you got lately at a good deal used or new?!?!

About 5 blisters of ork ships from Battlefleet Gothic for $15 NiB each (I believe that was the retail value when they where sold, sure as hell wasn't when the s tuff was going out of stock though, GW hasn't sold anything that cheap in Oz in years),

The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that. |

My mother called me from a flea market, asking if I collected 'Eldar?'
I spoke to the guy over her phone and he listed:
A Falcon, a Wraithlord, 10 Dire Avengers, 5 Warp Spiders, 4 Dark Reapers, 20 Guardians with 2 Grav platforms, a Farseer, 6 Harlequins and a few Howling Banshees.
I asked what he wanted for the lot. He said $70. I got mum to buy them.
That's about $60 US.
Edited to add:
I always forget the parts! A few Fantasy orcs and all the pieces that came with the Eldar. A very old Hive Tyrant and Zoanthrope and about thirty gene stealers and thirty Termagants.
Included with that price.

I got an Industrial Battlezone for £25 yesterday, in near mint condition.
That means I now how have the equivalent of three full Necromundas of plastic bulkheads, and card-stock for two Necromumdas. I just spent this evening making new card bits out of cereal boxes - that is one building done so far, as I am copying the originals.
As I am moving in with my girlfriend and this stuff all folds down pretty flat, it should be pretty useful as terrain.

I scored the original metal Fellowship of the ring "Fellowship" boxed set, MISB for $15.
Last year a friend and I each put $20 in and bought a huge bin of lead from a dealer for $40. We each took out 45 miniatures for ourselves and then I stripped and sold the rest. After recouping our investment, covering the cost of chemicals and a small payment for my effort we still each pocketed about $60!
45 free figs and $60 cash is what I call a deal!
I've also bought a ridiculous number of GW and PP figs for $1-2 each at FLGS auctions and flea markets. It's pretty much how I finance most of my hobby.
My best deals may be the resale shop toys that I turn into 20mm terrain. I've got a 4 story Parking garage that became a necro-munda'ish tower and a huge elevated train station that each cost me less than $3!

I think my best finds when it comes to wargaming related things, has to be the enourmus pile of unopen plastic and metal bluisters I got for a very nice price. When I was browsing trough the shelfs of a local modeling store that was going out of buisnins due to the owner retiring.
All in all I think I layed my hands on some two hundred figures all in all. Pluss a few pices of terrain
For all this I payed 500 NOK, dunno how much that is in GBP or dollars but it was damned cheap me thinks

I was just looking for some litterature in foreign language, and instead of going at my usual second-hand book store, I went to the smaller one. Didn't expect much...
Until I stumble upon a copy of Slaves to Darkness. Lying there, between two (very) dusty german books of psychology. According to the price tag, it was lying there for nine months.
His little brother was there two. That one has a misprint, some pages are upside down. I guess it's worth more than the 4€ I spent on it.

On eBay the last few months I've picked up a used Scythed Hierodule for ~$70, and a completely magnetized metal Hive Tyrant for $15. The dual devourers usually sell for that much, so I was tickled pink. And several fully magnetized carnifexes with two pairs of dual devourers and most other options for ~$20/model.

At Cold Wars last year I ended up dropping about 100 bucks on various things in their 'garage sale' area.
Vendetta, a land speeder, and a small khador army. Found these huge metal shelving units with like 30 plastic trays a piece for $1 each...couldn't believe it.

Got an amazing Space Hulk deal off of Ebay. It was 1st Ed Space Hulk + Death Wing + Genestealer + the Space Hulk Compendium + Tyranid Attack + all the miniatures for all games + an extra set of Tyranid Attack miniatures*. Later on I found an auction for Warhammer Quest sans miniatures. Then I found a guy just selling the miniatures for Quest. HA! *Combine that with the 40+ original Genestealers I already owned plus another 4 boxes of 'Stealers plus two sets of Battle for McDonald's 'Stealers and this is the story of how I ended up with 120+ Genestealers by accident.

I got a 1st edition Space Hulk, complete with all parts for £2.50 at a car boot sale about 15 years ago. I still play it to this day. I bought 2nd and 3rd editions but the battered old 1st ED set is still the one I like to use. Albeit with newer Terminator models in place of the ones that came with the original set.

I got a really great deal on 2nd Ed Space Hulk. Guy was selling it cheap.
It was in French.
Thankfully, the guy who sold it to me included a CD with every single Space Hulk-related item scanned and put on the CD. Every rulebook, WD article, Citadel Journal article - you name it, it was there. In English, as well.

I spent like $25 for a whirlwind in bits, came with an on sprue dreadnought, metal C'tan unbuilt, the rare/LE DA CPT unbuilt (the pricey/combi plasma one), and a metal terminator libby unbuilt, all thrown in the same box by the seller on ebay. So well over $100 (resale) worth of stuff for $25 shipped. Felt like a win. Oh, and a 3rd Ed Space Hulk complete, built/no paint for $66.35 shipped, that was a pretty sweet deal.

The old FW Shadosword with the interior detail parts for $170 (incredibly rare, and previously sold in the $4-500 range). Ebay persistence pays off, it looked like a normal Shadowsword except one of the hatches was missing and you could see a tiny corner of the driver's chair through the hole. The best part is I bought it to put the parts into my existing Shadowsword (#98 of 1500+), so once the rest of the tank goes back on ebay I should even recover most of my investment.
