So i started a new 40k army and went imperial guard, as i am a huge fan of hoard army's, and enjoy zombies what better way to show it than a hive city that has been destroyed by that nice chap Typhus and his zombie plague.

So here is a test model and the first sear gent.

Must of missed the brain lol but generally yes remember there guardsman some are so stupid they don't know how to die properly.

So I was bits box diving and found a few treasures some old ogre kingdoms and thought these would make great ogryns so thinking between doing freshly dead more zombies from paint or zombies obviously from modeling anyway this is what they look like after there rippa guns were made

The ogryns probably wouldn't even have to be zombified,they wouldn't even notice the change of command!

I've seen an all skeleton Imperial Guard, but never an all zombie Astra Militarum.

Very nice. There's a tutorial in week's White Dwarf on Zombifying stuff, and though it's mostly Fantasy-specific might be worth a look for you.

So I have been looking for a next challenge a broken dead chimera I was thinking about using ww2 tanks or a german half track it will be on a valkyrie base so something to fill the base almost completely in length what scale should I be working with

If it's only going to be wrecked, the scaling of the details with matter so much, so anywhere between 1/48 and 1/35 should do it depending on the size of the vehicle/base.
