Ok so i wanted to make a heavy dakka ork list for the escalation i'm playing in. We are currently at the 1000 point list portion, restrictions are follow the rules of your army, no allies, no unbound army. The list i came up with follows the Horde FOC.

i feel like you made a lot of errors in your math, you have Trukk boys for 30 points... thats 5 orks

You suffer from these errors all over the list, unless you're really planning on taking a minimal amount in a trukk.

Consider this, take mega armor on a Big Mek and drop the kill saw and pick up mega armor. For an extra 10 point you have a 2+ save, power klaw, and Slow and Purposeful WHICH when leading the Lootas will allow him and his squad to move and shoot heavy weapons w/o penalty

I think your army is too... dissipate. You have footslogging, you have dakka, you have vehicles. A bit of everything, but nothing really consistent imo.
With Orks, it's important to stick to one configuration, and go 100% in it. This is how we are the strongest.
Therefore, I advice you to make a choice between:
- full Dakka: SAG, Mek Guny, Lootas, Shootas, Dakkajet, etc
- full speed: everything on a vehicle, from Truk to BW, Koptas, Bikers, etc
- full footslogging: max size mobs of Boyz with Painboys in it, walkers, etc

Well, first of all, the trukk costs 30 points and the boys i stated would be going in the trukk are the ten that are earlier in the list. I wanted to run the bigmek with SAG with the lootaz because the tactic i run with them is have them sitting in a building, usually a ruin for a 4+ cover save. I have the Big mek with the Kustom force feild for the 5+ invul save for the boyz in the trukk and the trukk. My points and reasoning are because of the 7th edition rules and the new ork codex.

Don't show individual point costs! You'll get Dakka in trouble

For the guy who leaves it all on the field (because he doesn't pick up after the game).

Much better. I love seeing so many 'ard boyz!

But maybe the shoota boyz don't need 'eavy armor as much? The slugga boyz should be Waaagh!ing forward soaking up fire while the shootas pump shells into anything not tied up in combat and daring anyone to charge them (never underestimate 40x overwatch shots). Same thing with the armor & cybork on the Big Mek. Spend those ~100pts on more boyz or dakkabikes.

The best thing about the list you have here is that it scales much better for your escalation league. Look for a KFF Mek at the next level, maybe Dakkajet at the level after that, and then you just add boyz at every opportunity.

Much better indeed.
Maybe remove the attack squig on the WB, which is not as good as in v6 anymore.
And if you like the field a "naked" WB, you should take a look at Grukk Facerippa!
