I'm having trouble deciding what to go for for fantasy, my 40k is nearly done to a stage as were im willing to leave it for a little while and access some other game systems. Aside from Infinity
Warhammer fantasy is one of the ones I really want to get into, but I can't for the life of me come to a conclusion as to which one I want... I have some pro's and con's about each from my inexperienced
point of view but I could really use input from perhaps more experienced players and such.

Anyway I have some 'starting' lists which would most likely be my starting place for each of the armies from which I would expand upon.

O&G List
Night Goblin Theme
Pros: Fun to play, almost comedy. Not usually taken seriously but can definitely win games.
Cons: A bit more complicated to paint then large model count armies such as zombies. Not great magic phase domination, especially with my list at 2000pts
Not overly flexible as to how I go about playing them.



VC - TK Legion army
Pros: Magic phase domination like I've never seen, a wide variety of ways to play the list, magic heavy, bus etc. I like the models rather well lots of oppertunity for
customization.
Cons: Hard to make a list with everything I like in it at once. The core miniatures aren't really to my liking, will end up using mantic zombies which means this
army would not be usable at a games workshop. Hexwraiths, mortis engine etc don't look like they would be very good at being transported around & hard
to fit in a case.


WoC
Troll theme
Pros: Small model count, good for my slow rate of painting, Generally strong overall. Potential for greater expansion with the end times of chaos on the way.
Cons: A bit cheesey, not going to make too many friends. Perhaps one trick pony? Not much room for customization, 'currently' limited ways of playing a WoC army
that I have seen that I would enjoy. A little spammy / repetitive.

I would really enjoy actually making a tomb kings sided undead army though miniatures aren't really there for it. I like the armored skeletons but bare ones bug me. I would want zombies so some way of making them khemri or mummies would be awesome but I know of none and that is like, the only thing stopping me from having a clear winner @.@
