I just wanted to add a comment to show my support for your list. I sat here for 5-10 mins tryiong to figure out a way to streamline or improve it in any way. Cant really. My eye keeps looking at the warbiker squads and knowing they are gonna ride together.. but if not the numbers on each are a tad low. GOOD LUCK

Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears you have some extra points in that list. I counted up the same units and got 1913. To be more specific, the green tide formation, i got 955 points from that load-out, not sure where theyre missing from. Maybe the wrong amount of points for pks on nobs?

^ I actually got 1900 but yeah, it looks to be over 1850. Could drop the Shokk gun on the Big Mek to sort that out

Overall I do really like this list, its got a few gaps though.
So you don't need to have the BBP, the odds that you'd roll a double 1 on the mob rule chart, while not being in cc are low enough to not worry about that. Even then youre rolling off your WB Ld 9. Just a regular BP will do.
Instead you can take off his PK, give him the Choppa of Ragnarork, with 5 other PK s in that squad, this gives you the only possible I4 AP2 option for orks.
What would be amazing would be to instead of a shooty BM, take a KFF or MFF BM and put him in the middle of the green tide, giving your them 4/5 invuln, 5 FNP. I really don't like the idea of a shooty mek, mainly because of BS2

Where is the problem?

I would be worried about getting 5 turns in with that many models to move....

In all of the practice rounds I have run. We always ran out of time and that is with my oppenents helping me move them and running in the same move as well.

There isn't a penalty for reaching the time limit that I know of.
