It comes out to exactly 3000 points but I'm curious if it leaves more to be desired or not. Obviously this is unbound. I've been wanting to try out a list like this for awhile now. Please give me any ideas or critiques you have!

Unbound lists designed to be competitive are quite hard to give advice on, since you can pretty much say anything...

'Take a Tiggy/Calgar Censtar'
'Take a Screamstar'
'Take a Seerstar'
'Take 5 Flyrants'
'Take two whole SM companies and watch your opponent cry as game ends on your turn one movement phase'

etc...

The only thing I would say is that you are possibly lacking a true death star? If you want to be truly competitive you will almost certainly need one - have a good look though the battle reports of NOVA/BAO tourneys and you will find some

Also, you totally lack any form of Psychic - at 3000 points you will get nailed by a Chaos/Tyranid player.
