Hi guys, i need help with my 1000 points list.... i have:

1 Warboss with Power klaw (black reach)
40 boyz 30 shoota 10 slugga
5 nobz 5 power klaw, 4 slugga 1 kombi-flamer
9 warbikes 1 power klaw
1 Dakkajet
2 Trukk with Shoota
8 Lootas
2 Mek 2 Rockit layncher

Wait for the boyz are you going with one boy mob of 30 shoota boyz and a mob of 10 slugga boyz?

Here's a list you can make with those models. Also, just "counts as" all your Nobz as having shootas, since its a free upgrade, as long as you're local meta isn't* super WYSIWYG:

20 Shootaboyz + Klaw/Pole Nob: 186pts

Dakkajet w/ 3rd shoota and Flyboss: 145pts (flyboss for FMC, flyer, and jetbike hunting)

6 Bikers + Klaw/Pole Nob: 166pts

7 Lootas: 98pts

total: 993pts

Alright so for this list you have to roll on strategic warlord at least once, but you'll probably want to take both traits from it. You're looking for the infiltrate one so you can get that 20 man blob either outflanking or plopped down onto the midfield to mitigate not being a full 30. Keep the two trucks out of LoS during deployment, even if you have first turn- you don't want to get hosed if they seize.

Lootas hang out in the backfield, or infiltrate onto the highest point on the map they can. They're almost always going to have range on what they want to shoot, so getting closer for the sake of getting closer isn't necessary.

You want both truckmobs in combat ASAP. The boss in the shoota unit will make up for their one less attack than the slugga mob.

99% agreed with what Bolg did advise you. The missing 1% is because I prefer the Lucky Stix rather than the Kap.

You have the right units to start an Ork army, well chosen Zepho.
Next step to improve your WAAAGH is to add more Trukks/Battlewagons, before any new toys.

Yeah, expand with battlewagons, and whichever type of boy you prefer, but I think it'd be wise to fill out that slugga boy mob so you could potentially run the 30 man blob.

And yeah, I originally had the lucky stick in the list, but I was t able to scrape the points without making big cuts in other areas, and using double strategic to manipulate deployment and cover is great in such low points levels.
