Demacles at 75 points is awesome with it's Orbital Bombardment and having the Stormraven Gunships come in on a 2+. Landraider, Assault Squad, and 3 Drop Pods having Objective Secured. 3 squads of Death Company podding down, tough as nails for their points wrecking havoc. Astorath in a Stormraven I guess is awkward or in reserve. Attack bikes on tank hunting duty. Landraider with 2 Twin-Linked Lascannons with the 'Tank Hunter' special rule is sweet.

Homicidal Veteran Blood Angel Assault Marine
|
Welcome to Dakkadakka!!
So the list is interesting, with some capacity for effectiveness but has a problem with relying on the Death Company to survive the shooting form enemy.
It's possible, but 20 Marines isn't that hard to get rid off, even with FnP.
I would definitely try it and with good positioning on Pods it could prove effective.
Just couple of things should be changed IMO:
1) try to uprgade the Power Axes to Power Fists. If you don't want to give up on everything it isn't necessary but for ten points they give you an edge gainst:
multi-wound Marines, MC's and anything with FnP.
2) Why is Astorath all alone? Couldn't you put him in one of the Pods (as it already has only 8 members. Allows him to be in fight already in turn 2.
3) the Attack Bikes should form a single unit so you won't be giving out First Blood/kill points too easily.

Thanks for the welcoming
Astorath has a jump pack, he can't go in a pod.
The axes can pop most tanks rears armor, or they can be simply glanced to death even with normal attacks if the tanks rear armor is 10, they are str 5, 4 attacks per model on the charge. There's also the point that I have plenty of anti-armor from the rest of the list. The axes are 4 attacks AP 2 Str 6 on the charge, which is point efficient at 15 pts for that many attacks.
That was my reasoning.

Well nothing wrong with that if you think it's the way to go.
But correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that there's a rule limiting your access to Transports with JP
All models with Jump Packs are Bulky, taking more space in it but there really isn't a rule denying it (otherwise, why would they have the Bulky rule in the first place?).
I might haev to check this, but I'm under impression that it is allowed.

There is a rule about jump packs, basically they only can be transported in vehicles that specially say they can, like the Stormraven Gunship

Well I'll be damned. In that case, at least gve him a couple of DC Marines as bodyguards to eat Overwatch and make sure he doesn't get tarpitted that easily.

I like the list. I'd probably drop the attack bikes for a few more dc to bodyguard astorath. Or if you wanna keep the attack bikes then drop a few dc from the other units just to give astorath a bit more protection. Strong list though

Astorath can just deep strike in and attach to a unit turn 2

I actually like the idea of deep striking and joining a unit. Might try that next game
