Just come across a new KS, this one from Troll Outpost Fantasy Miniatures, some rather nice looking 32mm miniatures.

There are some Dwarves, Orcs, Trolls, Ghouls, Elves, an Undead Lord on horse, and some Hellborn figures.

The huntress is nice as is the swamp person

I really like the look of these. I didn't read anything on shipping, though, did I just miss it?

I have already messaged them asking for them to clarify shipping costs explaining that potential backers like to take cost of shipping into account, hopefully they will post soon about it.

Loving the Vampire lord, I'm thinking it'll go well with my Mantic stuff.

They need to show bigger pictures & close-ups. Can hardly make out what the vampire's face is like.

The sculpts look promising, but agreed about the need for bigger pics!

I own the two Faceless Demons and the mounted Vampire Lord, I bought them from some guy on ebay quite some time ago.

The Faceless Demons were sculpted by Allan Carrasco, needless to say they are very nice models.

The vamp is okay, but not in the same league.

Shipping fees have just been announced by the creators of the project.

They are, and I will quote this:

"Shipping: Shipping will be always done from the casters basement , Germany , so we can get the miniatures ready and ship them out .
The shipping cost will be ALWAYS 4£ for orders up to 50£ and ALWAYS 5£ for orders from 51£ to the infinite!"

These are not bad shipping rates IMO.

I know there are a few ebay sellers who have their stuff, but like you guys already said, I need to see bigger shots of the pictures.

What im curious about is how they plan to fill this in 2 months.

From what people are saying and the contents of their facebook page, it seems that they have already sculpted, cast, and have been selling a number of these miniatures since February, and that this KS is a way to both gain some brand recognition and to set up funds for future projects.

I'm in for about 10 mini's, mostly the demonic ones.

I'm mildly thankful there aren't any zombie undead mini's in this. As Highlord is to lizards and Riptides is to golems, I'm to zombies and all things dead.

I've seen the elf dino riders and the minotaur for sale, that I'm positive. The vampire too. They've been out there for a few months.

...and I see RivenSkull already posted that. Eh. I'm half asleep at this point, so my post stays.

I'm curious about that "Swamp Person" or whatever it's called. Looks vaguely Fimir- like. Then again, those pics are so small it's hard to make certain!

I have just cancelled my pledge for this kickstarter. I questioned the creators of the project about reward levels which they decided not to reply to, and on top of that I can confirm (what others have said) that at least some of these models are already for sale on eBay.com.

Well considering that you only gave them a single hour or so to reply, I can tell you that they've replied in the comments telling you them PM'd you. But if you want to be sour grapes right off the bat rather than waiting at least a day for a response, go ahead.

If they are doing this a a means to set up funds for other ventures for their work, such as a skirmish game as stated on the KS, then they should be able to deliver the miniatures in a short amount of time since all they need to do is cast them. And considering the models I'm getting are at around 50% what I saw on eBay, I'm fine with that.

I'm in for the Swamp People Warrior, hopefully it funds.

Hello people , I'm Diego , one of the guys and sculptor of Troll Outpost.
It really hard to understand for us how CBRFigs helps us on the very start (just 2 days ago) and how much he can put us down too in such a short time period....
Anyway , let me explain a bit.
To my knowledge there are just 4 troll outpost items on ebay now , 1 of them is not even sold by us anymore because dont meet our quality standards.
NONE of those items are even close to our kickstarter prices , and NONE of the newer models are there neither.
Said that , we did some casts of our first models , of course , and tried to sold some to get money back , it was more than 2 years ago , now
we have many new and much improved models to offer to you! But we don't want to just forgot about some of the old ones because many of those many still
being very nice models , as someone pointed here even the faceless demons are sculpted by the sculpting god Allan carrasco.

About the small pics , I agree , they could be bigger , but we can go and change everything now with the campaign running , and just adding a lot of new pics could make it difficult
to watch for many buyers. So my recommendation is , for you who need to see more pics , check our Facebook page , just type Troll Outpost miniatures on facebook. You'll find greens , wips , more detailed
pics , etc.

The shipping costs are explained at the bottom of the page , anyway its easy , orders for up to 50gbp just 4 gbp anywhere , and over 50 gbp , just 5 gbp.

And please guys spread the word , any help is need , its not a high goal , but we really need to achieve it to keep moving forward , we have much more stuff to com that must be released!

"OK, so somebody bought some models from you a year or two ago and is selling them on eBay. That I can understand, just wish you had said that clearly in the kickstarter."

I was even considering reinstating my pledge. But as it is I think it best for both Troll Outpost Fantasy Miniatures and myself that I have no more to do with this kickstarter, after all I had PM'ed TOFM 3 times over the whole weekend and had no reply to any of my PM's, although they had found the time to reply to another backers question in the comments, that is why I finally posted in the comments. So I think it best that we agree that I have no more to do with TOFM kickstarter.

Wish TOFM and the backers all success.

CBRFigs in the end is up to you , if you decide to purchase anything from us of course we will be happy with that , no problem , what I'm trying to say is , it was Saturday and Sunday , we were not at work , specially sunday , I managed to answer some "general coments" but had no time to go into private messeges , I did as soon as I read it.... About the ebay I think its all explained now , that guy have like 3 models (one of them is the last one he have) and at much higher prices , so I dont think anyone here will want to go ebay and pay more for more old product
As I tell you , we're fine , in the end is up to you , but PLEASE understand that we are not refreshing the kickstarter screen every 5 minutes , and while we do , some answers can take some time .

I still want to see that Swamp Person sculpt. If it's somewhat Fimir like I might have to get it. I always liked Fimir.

I also wish someone would get a photo of that Minotaur's face/ mask/ helmet/ whatever it is. I've yet to see a clear picture of just what is on his face.

I believe, although I'm not 100% certain, that this is a picture of the wip green for the Swamp Person mini;

Very nice sculpting on display. I really hope to see the forest troll unlocked. As is I will probably pick up the ghoul pack and either the faceless demon or the elf on the dinosaur. Best of luck!
