I have been looking for some realistic trees and all the ones I have run across have been REALLY expensive. I think I have found a solution. Feedback is appreciated.

A base coat of brown and then overspray of gray for the trunks.

Then hit them with a mix of foliage colors and textures.

The end result.

Very nice. How much did you pay for the seafoam and how much did you get ?

These look great, what did you use as the trees themselves?

Awesomesauce the trees are made from a plant called seafoam.

Darkness Screamer it ran me $30 for a 1/4 bushel box. More than I wanted to spend on it, but I needed it for some quality trees for when I do photos of my terrain I sell.
