Just playing around with a list that I thought might be fun, bit of a blood knight Death Star. What do you guys think?

Basically gives blood knight group a 2+ against magic ranged attacks, 2+ 4++ against normal. Cast staff of damnation to give them all an extra attack (including mounts). With blender lord also with a buttload of attacks. Though I'm new to fantasy so I'm not sure if he can take both lance and a magic weapon and benefit from both, or if the lance is useless and always has to use his magic weapon??
