You're paying quite the HQ tax for all these troops... You might consider using Azrael with something like a Devastator Squad to save on points.

You have basically zero defense vs flyers in this list.
Consider a Chainfist or two for the Deathwing - you got the points to spare.

Do not split the special weapons on the RWAS - take 2 meltas per squad, you will need them anyway.

Drop the AssCan from the Darkshroud - it will most likely just have to jink every turn, not benefitting from the Cannon at all.
Turn one BK into a RWCS - saves some small points. Furthermore I'd recommend to up the number to 5 on that one and go with more than 3 bikes per squad, Otherwise your melta bombs will die faster.

Attack Bikes are btw. I think with this setup better than the Land Speeders - this or go with the MM/MM setup. They will sit in the backfield completely alone and will be toasted rather quick.

If you're taking black knights with plasma talons, assault cannon armed speeders and deathwing knights, you have a surfeit of S6/S7 attacks floating round.

A ravenwing grenade launcher is a priceless buy because rad grenades punch marines down to T3 - which means S6/7 is causing instant death on characters, denying feel no pain, etc, etc.

I'd also drop the darkshroud's assault cannon. It's providing a major boost to the army just by not dying, so assume it's going to keep jinking and work on that basis.

Agreed that a matched brace of assault weapons on one squad will serve you much better than one-of-each on two squads. Even if they're working in close company, melta squad blows up the transport then flamer squad torches the survivors, as opposed to needing to put both units into a tank to get two melta shots.

Remember - anything worth shooting with a meltagun is generally worth shooting with two.

First off, the pt for the landspeeders are wrong - they should cost you 10 pt less than posted.

I agree with others on the HQ tax - Belial offers you nothing here other than scoring termies, but your army is get-in-your-opponent's-face style army. You'll have plenty scoring units in your opponents deployment zone. You'd be better off taking the Deathwing components as elite slots instead and dropping Belial.

Ravenwing army often can deal with flyers by ignoring them by moving behind their firing angle. With the nerf to heldrake this is even easier.

DA armies benefit from/needs to take advantage of force multipliers. You only have darkshroud fulfilling that role (drop the AC on that). I would consider a banner - especially dakka banner. The hype is real on that one.

I would agree with upgrading the black knight to a command squad and get them 5 members and get the CS an apoth. twin link plasma talons can deal with flyers. The dakka banner is not a bad idea it is just expensive and you only have so many twin linked bolters.

I would honestly consider a cyclone on the terminators over the heavy flamer.
