Ten gaunts is not a tarpit and barely a screen, just first blood, you need atleast 15 to tarpit.
Interesting point about the Biovores they are assault artillery so can move along with the army just fine. So bearing this in mind, I would go with 2 brood of 2 Zoanthrope as mid field anchors popping dominion and the good power if they got one. Warp Lance is an opportunity weapon and really unreliable (Power test, to hit, Deny, wound/pen/, saves all have to go your way) .
Your deep Strike concern is really going to the first turn Drop Pods after that you are going to heading forward any way.

Also why so many Zoans? If you are taking them for av14 busting I'd rather drop them and the warriors and get a couple of Dakka Fexes...They'll shred light armour with shooting and destruct av14 in
CC (more so with adrenal glands to help with the charge rolls and the S10 hammer of wrath/first round of combat). Also I'd probably drop the Exocrine in favour of a Tyranofex...The T-fex is heaps more durable and while lacking ap2 it is still pretty fearsome, especially with wall of flame in overwatch.
For this list Exocrine is probably better. He needs the mid level
AV and
TEQ threat.
