This is my first ever fantasy list, tear it apart please.

In all honesty this is a relatively solid list. One thing I'd consider is making your crossbows detachments onstinstead of separate units. It allows them to stand and shoot for the halberds and if they get charged can gain steadfast from them, if you're close enough.
