The plasmas from the platoon command squad should be put on the CCS, vets in the CCS have bs4 obviously meaning you will hit more than the regular guardsmen in the PCS. Also for a heavy weapon squad you should keep all weapons the same.

a Heavy Weapon Squad is seldom a good idea in a 500 point list. It contains a huge portion of your long ranged fire power, and is incredibly susceptible to enemy shooting. Generally in a low point game like this you will want to protect your Heavy Weapons with cheap bodies, which means splitting up those Heavy Weapons into squads. Las Cannons in the Vets and Auto Cannons in the Infantry Squads. That way you can't get your heavy weapon support gutted by a single volley of enemy fire. Heavy Weapon Squads are going to get you more bang for your buck in larger point games where you have more threats on the table, and their relative frailness won't hurt you as badly. Having played Infantry Guard in the past at this point level, I will tell you that you will not have any trouble with SM, but what will get you are more swarmy armies like Orcs. Setting aside 65 points for a Wyvren will band aide that bad match up.

Master of Ordinance isn't a great choice in this size game. There are just too few models on the table, and the super scatter on the MoO will mean you will nearly always miss. You will get more milage out of an Astropath for some Psychic Shriek. or a Priest if you blob your two infantry squads together. Which gives you a fearless block to march up the field.

Also remember that you need 2 infantry squads and each infantry squad can only take one plasma gun. I'm not sure if that's a typo in your list or not. Either way. Consider taking some flamers as well. They are nice for the overwatch at anyrate.

Your biggest weakness will be the frailness of your Command Squads and Heavy Weapon Squads. Keep that in mind when you deploy your forces. consider taking an Aegis Defense line for a little bit of extra defense.
