Priming is an issue atm since we have snow here.
My queue consists of one HH box and several Crxy models.
Still reading the forum. Interesting seem "AOS failing" and "GW getting the grip back" at Dakka Discussion.

Trying to work on some zombehs. Though I'm going to hit the same wall of 'its too cold for spray applications' that seems to be plaguing everyone else. Meh, if I can get them dipped, they'll still be done.

Managed to let my Early War British Rifles out of the box to fight German parachute guys, actually managed a win...

Mostly because my opponent lost in the list building phase and doesn't get enough time to play, plus I got lucky..

Nice to actually get a game in for once.

Also picked up a few paints for some 1/285th scale models due to arrive this week

I feel everyone's pain on the "too cold to prime" problem. Here in central Missouri we've been having some low temperatures, coupled with high winds which are a problem for spraying at any temperature.

As for what I've been doing today, I just played a game of 40k with a friend. 1850 points, Maelstrom Mission 6. My Dark Angels vs. his Khorne Daemonkin. I was one hull point away from tabling him (on a summoned Skull Cannon). I feel kind of bad about it, as my list was quite strong and his definitely was not optimized. We had fun, though.

While I was at the store, I picked up my Ghostkeel battlesuit for my Tau. Now I just need my Kauyon book to get there (its on special order at the store), and I need to get my Stormsurge.

Where'd you get the godzilla figures?

Ebay. I added the bases. The trick was to find sets of figures which were roughly the same size.

Opened a supply drop from Wargames Emporium, a few nice new 1/285 scale bit of armour to use with the Team Yankee rules - also getting one army in 15mm but will get a few in 1/285.

The GHQ models are mind blowing, have seen 15mm models with less detail, and not just talking about Zvezda either these are amazing.

Infuriating to build, but worth the effort.

Will drop some pics up once they are painted but today have built:

2x Hind, 2x Cobra, 10x T-72 and 5x M1, though the later still need the second turret MG adding, need to find some smaller tweezers for that. Soviet stuff is primed, love airbrushes for priming

The woes of running out of paint...

I've managed to make it 2/3rds of the way through painting up a bit of terrain by rationing what I had left, but that only went so far. Off to the shops after work tomorrow I guess (Workshop unfortunately seeing as my flgs don't have the tact to stock black paint in any quantity).

Painting a dragon from the Bones II Kickstarter, and planning out NPCs for a super heroes game... while being distracted by my good lady playing Fallout 4 while in a state of dishabille.

The Auld Grump... I'm being distracted by how much she is enjoying the game, honest....

Picked up the AoS box set a couple of weeks ago and have been putting the models together for the past few nights. I don't actually play games, so I don't really care about the AoS outrage. The models look great and will be fun to paint. Plus I got the box for like $55.00 since my FLGS just went out of business, LOL.

Calth should arrive today in theory! I also have just got hold of a newer/better camera (although compared to my current one, daubing pigment on a cave wall constitutes 'better' in terms of image quality...) so I shall be having a play around with that and photographing some of my recent projects. I also possibly have a batman game lined up tonight, so I may take some pics and do a mini Bat-rep.

Bought and started building some Teutonic Knights + Infantry for a Lion Rampant/Dragon Rampant retinue. Some of the poses are a bit weird, but I'm not sure if that's because of the kit itself (Fireforge Teutonic Infantry) or me being a dingus, but it was the best I could do.

Hacking up a Contemptor Dreadnought, either going for a kneeling or a running pose.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
And much chopping, cursing, improvising and supergluing my fingers together, he's assembled. Pretty happy with the pose I've got from the otherwise quite static model, now I just need to paint it up well enough to do justice to the model! But not yet. 5 Tactical Marines per character/Terminator/Dread is the rule I'm sticking to.
