I don't have the codex handy, but what about using the land raider redeemer? Since you'd be driving up near people the flamestorm cannon is quite good. And i'd swap a couple of the LC termies for th/ss for resilience. That said, a scouting land raider is nasty!

Not sold on the predator though...

Yeah just swap the pred for a TFC, get 15 points back and profit!
