as the title says, whats the most recent non GW FAQ and where can I get it please?

That is going to depend heavily on your play group, I don't really have a problems but the biggest thing would be people may see you pushing for it as an attempt to get some kind of advantage from a favorable ruling in the INAT FAQ that is not in a GW FAQ(not that I am saying you are).

I was not able to find any INAT FAQS since 2012, so they would be very out of date.

The INAT died with 5th Edition.

Many people use larger tournament FAQs at least as a starting place.
