What scale you thinking about? One of the fortifications could be fun. I’m picturing a fortress of redemption, with grim looking gingerbread men on the main tower, a candy-cane icarus lascannon, and gumdrop warheads in the krackstorm missile launcher.

But it’s a well established fact that I’m crazy, so take that with a grain of sugar...

Find some old Halloween candy skulls (about 1000 or so) and put them on top of anything. That should give you a GW look pretty quickly.

Would it be better to eat it, and save it from the stale and moldy grip of Nurgle? A glorious death in yummy service to the Emperor is better then a slow decent into choas.
