Today i have a 750 training match with Chaos vs Dark Angels. Long story short I had a squad of bikers 3 get charged by a full squad of chosen Marines and a Chaos lord. He made his charge but only 1 of his guys was within range of what he rolled to the bikes. Now did I play this wrong when I only let 1 enter combat? Now what happened next was seemly sad he rolled , 2 - I rolled 5 rolled to wound 5. He rolls his armor save 1. Now rules say he loses combat by 1 and has to make a moral check ? So he does -11 they fail. Then He rolled for fall back 4. I rolled for sweeping advance get 5. Now if I am correct the whole squad get wiped?

Sounds ilke you missed the 3 inch pile in move that all models make at their initiative step, and that a model only needs to be within 2" of an ally that made base to base contact in order to make attacks.

However, yes, if you lose combat, fail morale, and lose the opposed initiative roll, you're wiped out and destroyed. However, Chaos Lords are Fearless and the unit would have automatically passed their morale test.

From what you've said, it sounds like you played it completely incorrectly.

What I was worried about I asked if he was fearless. He said no I did not have a chaos codex with me to double check him. I felt bad because it was a training game. For him to learn the move and shooting charging rules.
