Please consider selling a set of it without the base tiles, for those who already have boards and just want to put the city on top of it
Hmmm, for the vehicles I consider also buying/using plenty of model putty to round out things and sand it smooth.
Love the modern design of the city, be nice to live in if not for the warring!

We are working to get New Paranoia released as soon as possible. I'm just finishing up the last of the file edits, and have a bunch of instructions left to do. Waggerz is working away at the Website end of things. I'll have to check with him to find out what he has left to do...
We won't be doing bundle deals. You will be able to order just the pieces you want though. You will notice, however, that we do have a Discounting system in place so that more you order the bigger your discount.
I've also nearly finished the paint on the Buggies.
Lots of bits in these.

Seems like a lot is glue it on as most of the MDF stuff is cut panels, some parts had to have divoting done at their factory, but if like my drop pods I got from them, well then, one may be able to leave the Ork Glyphs off and do their own in plastic or similar materials. Just have to find me some orks to put out of the hatches as they do so love the wind on their face as they careen about!

As soon as they are available consider an order placed for those buggies!

I'm using sketchup for my designs, as it's simple to use and adequate for my needs (all parts are simple extruded flat shapes, for example).
anyhoo.
Presenting New Paranoia, from concept to table top just in time for Total Reaction 3 Infinity tournament held earlier this week.. (Just don't look too closely, many parts incomplete or only undercoated.)
While there is a lot of detailing work to be done and some more smaller features to be cut and added, the city looks quite impressive and had people talking all weekend.
We hope to get the boards and buildings up on the site to buy within the next few weeks.
Any update on this awesome looking board and when it will be available?

Unfortunately, there's very little chance I'd be able to swing the cost for that table any time soon (unless I really want to try out the American court system in a divorce case!) but dang, that is beautiful.
Great stuff as always!!!
Now, when's the Tornadodo coming out?

I love it and hate it. It looks perfect and is really nice, but for a board that is a match to the blank terrain picture on the site, its 381 USD. I love my infinity to look nice, but I cant even justify paying 60-80 for a micro arts studio matt, let alone near 400 for a wooden board that would be hard to transport around.

Wow. Product looks fantastic, but it is definitely on the steep side. That 4x4 board above will set you back $369 AUD. I imagine that much or more again to kit it out with the full set of buildings in the display board.
EDIT: Ninjad!
I make it 7x Flat pieces (4 sets), 4x Corners, 2x Straights, 2xT-junction, 2x Hill, 3x Wall, 1x Elevator, 1x Escalator (unreleased, assume same price as hill but likely to be more)
Would it be possible to produce just the roadways etc as separate pieces without the 2" risers underneath? That way you could get away with 90% of the functionality at a reduced cost - only the elevator+escalator pieces wouldn't work on the base level but would still work fine with other hill pieces.

As much as I love it... I also hate it. $362.21 with shipping to the US just for the street boards. I really want to get it but at the same time I can't justify the expense.
I'm curious as of the need for the 2" risers, seems like a lot of extra weight and wasted room. It would seem there would be a way to interlock the boards using a different method, eliminating the lower part... unless there is a way to make the lower part usable as a basement or underground sewer for a city, I don't see the point.
Would be interesting if you could instead cast the top pieces in resin or even wood of the road, sidewalk, and stair bits. Then someone could glue them onto their own boards for a fraction of the cost, allowing the rest of the money to actually be spent on buildings. Similar to building bits to add to to a building, except these are used to add to flat boards to give them texture and terrain to build a city.

Making those parts in resin would likely make the cost even more prohibitive than them being in MDF. Getting bubble free casts in large flat pieces would require a very good pressure casting setup, and the knack for getting the resin into the mold and pressed down right before it started going off too much. And then you've got the problems of it warping in the mold or during transit as well...
Better that it be made in MDF and they figure a way to sell it to US customers at a decent price.

Well, you do get a 20% discount once you go over $344.
I have to say, it is a beautiful set of terrain, though. Looking forward to the buildings, now.

I love it too - and I really want to get it (Hello, Tax Return time!) but I'll have to see how much adding in a fair amount of matching buildings brings it up to...

It also bears mentioning that each of the $32 packs includes 2 tiles. So when estimating the total, you can halve the number of curved road pieces, straight road pieces, etc. I missed it when tabulating my ideal setup the first time.
