I'm looking for something to listen to while I assemble and paint. Any suggestions?

Best bet would be any Podcasts focusing on the IKRPG. As an RPG it will focus more on the lore of the setting and not actual mechanics, although you'll get a dose of that as well.

If you want lore in general than pick up the main rulebook as well Kings, Nations, and Gods. Thats as close as you'll get to a compilation of Iron Kingdom lore.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

The last couple of Enter the Crucible episodes have focussed on the fluff behind WM/H. It's available on the Muse on Minis site and podcast feed.

I haven't heard the second one in that series yet, but the first one is very informative as well as being a ton of fun to listen to.

Thanks for the recommendation. I will check those out tonight.

While I was primarily looking for more info on the lore (I have some of the RPG books but figured less time reading is more time hobbying)

I'd love to hear any endorsements for quality WMH podcasts in general.

Well Chain-attack is a good overall podcast. Fun to listen to.

They're not the best players, and they are pretty clueless when it comes to certain factions(like Menoth due to a limited meta) but its still a good overview of the overall game.

They also do regular battle reports which are both posted on Youtube as well as take up a podcast episode. You do have to be a subscriber to get their Dojo episodes and any other premium episodes.

Jay Larsen is the 2014 Iron Gauntlet Chanpion.
Scott Wray came in 2nd in the Feast of Blades.
And Trevor Christensen was the winner of the Last Chance Qualifier at Warmachine Weekend which is probably the tournament with the biggest number of players in WMH.
