I second the post above.
The issues with a link to a video are;
That it requires a link external to dakkadakka; which can make some people wary.
Youtube isn't always available to people at work or other places.
A video, due to being either a slideshow or a rotation tends to mean that you don't get time to take in detail, before the video moves on, it then becomes a pain pausing and attempting to inspect.
That being said, I will give some feedback as you obviously went to the effort to make a slideshow

I really enjoy the conversions, the arms are nice and chucky which I enjoy on grot models. They have plenty of movement too. The bases could do with some added detail, As at the moment it is quite a dark model, with the dark flesh and dark shadows. I'd consider a lighter looking base, as this will help contrast the model to the base and really draw the attention.
For improvements; the black could potentially do with a few highlights in places to help reduce its slightly flat feel.
For future videos/posts;
If you go with a video, I find the best and most effective is a video of the model close-up on a rotating base. This allows the model to rotate slowly while giving the viewer every angle and the chance to see the sides multiple times, really helping them get an overall feel for the model.
For posts,
id say stick in photos on dakka where possible. You'll find it realitively quickand easy and you'll recieve a much better response here on dakka.
