Here is an idea that I had for an all-Ravenwing army. I don't actually have all the models I need, but that is part of why I am posting before I actually buy them.

I would combat squad all of the bike squadrons in such a way that every squad would have a special weapon. I am running the Ravenwing company banner instead of the dakkabanner to save points. I feel like this list can take all comers since it has lots of meltas for tank busting, Plasma talons to deal with TEQs and MEQs, and plenty of TL bolter love (and a couple of flamers) for everyone else. The Nephy is mainly to counter other flyers (I know its not that good, but I have the model and its one of the coolest models in 40k IMO). The Librarian could take Divination powers to provide defensive buffs to some of the bikers or maybe other powers to go on the offensive. If there are changes I could make without changing the spirit of the list I would love to hear them! To build this list, I would need to acquire two more boxes of RW command, a Darkshroud, a Dark Angels Battleforce box (even though it comes with the horrible old-style landspeeder kit ), and Sammael on bike. I do have the model of Sammael's land speeder, so I could sub that in instead.

Drop the power swords on sergeants. Use those points for the dakka banner. Do it. Remember bikes are Relentless; if they're within 6" of the banner they'll always shoot four bolter shots at 24", even before they charge.

Also give the Librarian a Power Field Generator and keep him with the Command Squad to keep them alive. Sammael can go with a six-bike squad to give them Skilled Rider.

You might reduce the weapons on those land speeders. Since they're objective secured in this list, their big value is staying out of sight until they zoom across the board to steal objectives.

As previous poster, drop the power weapons. RW bikes are already expensive enough as it is.

I wouldn't mix special weapons, and I wouldn't combat squad them so they only have 1 special weapon. 2 special weapons increases the chance of the squad getting something done.

The Nephilim is absolute poop on a stick. Try proxying it as a fire raptor for a while (they do have similar weapons at least), and you will be able to compare the difference.
