What do you suggest Dakka? I have lots of suits in my list that will be deep striking

I really like the Aegis w/ Comms. Since my friend creamed me in a tournament with 6 Broadsides with a Buffmander behind an Aegis, I don't ever want to get closer than 36" to that murder hate-ball.

You cannot take the comms relay by itself. Search the YMDC forum if you want the full argument.

Even though it says you can in Stronghold Assault? That's a shame

But yeah, Aegis with comms is what I usually build that type of list around (firebase support cadre/ possibly pathfinders/fire warriors behind the ADL with deep strike bomb)

The strongest option is to take something that's long and blocks LOS. That way you can put it just off-center and MSM spam your opponent with invincibility.

If you want to still have friends to play the game with, then sure, an aegis would be fine.

Sounds like an aegis with comms (what I usually do for suit lists) is the best way to go then, thanks guys!

Promitian pipeline.

Works wonders with dual-flamer suit teams, as they can still move and fire (relentless after all)

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.
